Catering options
While our packages do not include food, you are welcome to arrange your own catering service for any of the packages we offer. Alternatively, we can handle this for you through one of our trusted catering providers. Simply let us know the type of food you'd like, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Please be aware that catering costs can vary based on the menu and the number of guests. We'll provide a custom quote, which will be added to your package price. Our quote will also include waiter staff, as needed.
You should anticipate a catering budget between £40 to £90 per person, depending on the food and level of service you require.
If you book your catering through us and have over 60 guests, we'll apply a £250 discount to the package price.
Please note that all drinks must be purchased from our bar.
Drinks
We offer a fully stocked bar with our great staff. For our Gold package, we can set up the bar at various locations within the venue to suit your event's needs.
Our standard offerings include beer and Tinto de Verano ("Summer Wine") pumps, along with a range of base spirits and soft drinks listed below.
If you have a special request for a specific drink, we may be able to accommodate it. Please note that more expensive selections may affect the overall package price.

We are pleased to partner with The Wine Shop Gibraltar to provide our house wine selection.
Our house wine, Entrechuelos, is available in red, white, and rosé. If you'd prefer to select a different wine, please reach out to The Wine Shop for recommendations and tasting.
Depending on your choice, we may need to adjust the package or open bar pricing.
Cocktails
We can provide a dedicated cocktail bar for your event, offering a variety of options crafted by our skilled cocktail server. The cocktail bar is included in the Gold package, featuring up to four different cocktails of your choice.
If you'd like to add on a cocktail bar to another package, this is also possible. Just let us know which cocktails you'd like, and we’ll handle the rest.
Entertainment options
We have several contacts in the entertainment world to be able to make your event the best that it can be.
Just let us know what kind of music you prefer, and we will pick an act or DJ according to your preference. If you have a particular act you prefer, you can let us know and we can also liaise with them.
Please bear in mind that depending on the act, the budget price may be affected.

Fresh Entertainment is our trusted technical service provider, handling all your event's audio and visual needs.
Large or small events, whether you require microphones, sound systems, lighting setups, or any other technical support, they ensure everything runs smoothly and professionally. Their expertise guarantees a seamless experience, allowing you to focus on enjoying your event.
Please note that basic technical support is included in our packages. However, for larger setups or specialized equipment required due to an act's specific needs beyond our basic entertainment package, an additional quote will be provided.

We can customize the setup of tables and chairs to perfectly suit your needs, including cocktail tables for a more casual or elegant setting, and large puff cushions for a more relaxed or stylish atmosphere.
Our selection includes chairs, chair covers, and a variety of decorations, allowing us to style the venue according to your taste and transform it into the perfect space for your event.
Decorations are quoted for separately depending on the scale of your requirements.
Photography and Videography
We are pleased to partner with Raw Productions as our official photography and videography provider. Known for their distinctive creative approach, Raw Productions crafts unique visual stories that capture the individuality of each wedding or event.
