Booking Process
Secure your date with just a £500 deposit for all packages or bookings. Our straightforward booking process ensures your event date is reserved, giving you peace of mind as you plan your special occasion.
Basic Hire (Ad Hoc)
Hire a la carte depending on your preference.

£500 half day (5 hours or less)*

Technical Support £250 per technician, per day (6-hour day) £45 per hour thereafter, any additional equipment required not included

Hire and set up of chairs & chair covers £3.50 per chair.

Set up of tables (£10-£20 per table dependent on size of table)

Catering services available, quote upon request.

Open bar options (£20-£35 per person dependent on selection)

Cocktail bar and server available (minimum £600, up to 60 guests for 4 hours, £10 per guest over 60 guests)
*Please note that extra fees may apply should there be significant setup time required during the days/hours leading up to the event. Cleaning fees are also applicable.
Silver Package
Ceremony and/or Canapé style reception for up to 80 guests.
(For over 80 guests an additioanl fee per guest will apply)

Gold Package
Ceremony and/or sit-down style reception for up to 80 guests.
(For over 80 guests an additioanl fee per guest will apply)
